Platter: Machined aluminium (6061) and/or aluminium/steel composite — for example, for the “Classic Signature” version the platter weighs ~20 lb (~9.1 kg).

Bearing: Precision inverted bearing with hardened shaft (e.g., 60 Rockwell ball) running on a PEEK thrust disc; minimal run-out (~0.001″ over 39″ circumference in Signature version).

Motor & Drive: AC synchronous motor (24-pole) mounted rigidly; belt drive around the platter through the centre of the bearing assembly (for some models) eliminating “teeter-totter” effects.

Chassis/Plinth: Heavy laminate of MDF + steel/aluminium sandwich for resonance control—for example Classic Signature has ½” thick machined aluminium top, 1/8” steel sub-plate, bonded to 2″ of MDF.

Tonearm: Standard arm used in Classic series is the JMW 10.5 i unipivot or variations; effective length ~10.5″ (~267 mm) for some models.

Speed support: 33⅓ rpm and 45 rpm (switchable) for the main Classic model.

Dimensions & Weight (for example Classic Signature): Overall size to top of tonearm wire loop: approx 20.5″ × 15.5″ × 9.5″ (≈ 520 mm × 394 mm × 241 mm) and weight approx 65 lb (~29.5 kg).
